| The Library has a selected collection of local history including books and newspaper clippings. |
The Library offers a reserve request system to facilitate circulating bestsellers and popular titles. Patrons may reserve and checkout circulating items for a period of 1 week. In order to place a reserve: |

| (1) | Patrons may obtain and fill out a reserve request card at |
| the circulation desk. | |
| (2) | Patrons may also call by telephone and request a title. |
| (3) | Patrons will be called and informed when the item is in. |
| (4) | Reserves are held on our shelf for a period of 3-days. |
| Items not picked up within the 3-day time period will be cancelled. |

GALLERY POLICY Use of the Paris Public Library Gallery is limited to approved non-profit educational, civic and cultural organizations. Gallery use is limited to the hours of Library operations, except for an official Library function. The Gallery cannot be used for social gatherings, fund raising, religious, partisan political or commercial purposes. Nor can it be used for groups practicing or having a policy of discrimination on the basis of sex, religion, race, color, age or natural origin.
